Venice, capital of region Veneto, is a city in the northern Italy. The city comprises of 118 different islands and is connected through numerous canals, bridges and ancient pavements. This beautiful city is a haven of tourist attractions like castles, cathedrals, museums, parks, galleries and much more.

The city is home to beautiful parks and gardens that are perfect for relaxation. Few of these fabulous ones are the Giardino Giusti, Gardens of Remembrance, Giardini Pubblici, Royal Garden, Orto Botanico and the Chiostro San Francesco della Vigna.
There are numerous sports and outdoor activities, ranging from golf, tennis and sailing; to swimming, boating and regattas. Venice also hosts a number of events and festivals; the must attend includes Venice Carnival, Redentore and Venice Film Festival – world’s oldest film festival.
Venice has cold but sunny winters, hot summers and rains almost throughout the year. The pleasant autumn season is the best time to visit this prime tourist destination.
