This beautiful place is also known as Islas Baleares (in Spanish) and offers multitude of tourist attractions. The four largest islands Majorca (Mallorca), Minorca, Ibiza, and Formentera.

Balearic Islands boast of many historical and architectural sites like the spectacular Can Marroig mansion, Palau de l’Almudaina Castell de Bellver, Fornells, Torre d’es Cap de Barbaria, Fort Marlborough and the Xoriguer Gin Distillery a British legacy.

Other similar attractions for nature lovers include the Dragon’s Caves, Barranc d’Algender, Ses Illetes which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Mondrago Natural Park, Bird Observatory (Illes Balears), Cabrera archipelago and Ibiza.

Other popular tourist attraction includes a variety of options like the Carnival of Mahon, Santa Eulalia Festival, Puig de Randa, Cuevas del Dreach, Gardens of Alfabia and the Isotel Club Maryland.

Balearic Island has a Temperate-Mediterranean climate with pleasantly hot summers and mild winters. This archipelago is a preferred tourist destination year round.
