India - Taj Mahal

Delhi, India’s National Capital Territory, is home to brilliant historic monuments like the Red Fort, Old Fort, Qutab Minar and India Gate, as well as famous museums like the Rail Museum and the Gandhi Museum. The forts of Jaipur and Agra are spectacular, but a visit to Northern India would be incomplete without seeing the magnificent Taj Mahal, one of the Seven Wonders of the World. Moreover, hill stations like Kulu Manali and Shimla are a perfect place to beat the heat. Darjeeling, also a former hill station, is a perfect place from where to explore India’s famous tea plantations.

If you enjoy going to the beach, you could spend some time on the enchanting beaches of Southern India, the most famous ones being Marina, Kanyakumari and Maravanthe. You can relax and rejuvenate your mind and body at one of the Ayurvedic spa resorts and go back home as a completely fresh and energetic you. India’s exquisitely and intricately carved temples like Tirupati Tirumala Balaji and Saneeshwara Temple are feasts to the eyes of the admirers of architectural beauty.

Western India is famous for places like Mumbai, Goa, Ajanta and Ellora, Rann of Kutch and Wildlife Sanctuaries in Gujarat, while Eastern India is famous for its rich cultural heritage, which is reflected in the temples and other monuments, including the “Buddhist Circuit” and pilgrim centers for the Buddhist and Jains.
